My First Job
When I was about thirteen a friend of my mothers asked me if I would be interested in a job. He owned a very successful bed and breakfast as well as owning several buildings which housed shoppe’s. It was a tourist town and he wanted something that would draw people. He figured what’s cuter than a kid. It would be very profitable for me I would only have to give up my weekend mornings. My new boss wanted me to run a popcorn stand. He would provide the machine and all the ingredients to make it and I would get to keep all of the money for the popcorn that I sold. Back then I didn't appreciate it because all I wanted to do was sleep in. To this date that was one of the best jobs that I ever had I got to sit around all day, eat popcorn and get payed for it! Although I didn’t appreciate the job then I wish that I had it that easy now.

That is so cool that you were able to have that experience! The only work experiences I have are actually work ones where I was on my feet all day at a cash register. Isn't it funny how we grow up and realize how oblivious to the real world we were as kids?
