Business Plan Project
This project included everything that we would have had to do if we started a real business. It was extremely stressful and nearly impossible to get all of the group members together for meetings. Everyone's schedules were so different we could barely find time to get together and get everything done. After the project was over we spent a total of over twenty hours working on it not counting what we did individually. I learned a lot doing the project but I don't feel it was an overall positive experience.

My Business Interview
I learned a lot about business owners and what it takes to be successful. They really love what they do, it's not just a job to them so they have to make a lot of sacrifices in order to keep their business going. It also is important for them to adjust what they are doing in order to save money and keep things accessible to their customers. It was helpful to have to relate the interview back to the book because it made the information more real.

My First Job
When I was about thirteen a friend of my mothers asked me if I would be interested in a job. He owned a very successful bed and breakfast as well as owning several buildings which housed shoppe’s. It was a tourist town and he wanted something that would draw people. He figured what’s cuter than a kid. It would be very profitable for me I would only have to give up my weekend mornings. My new boss wanted me to run a popcorn stand. He would provide the machine and all the ingredients to make it and I would get to keep all of the money for the popcorn that I sold. Back then I didn't appreciate it because all I wanted to do was sleep in. To this date that was one of the best jobs that I ever had I got to sit around all day, eat popcorn and get payed for it! Although I didn’t appreciate the job then I wish that I had it that easy now.
